Important fact: Your jewelry has been handled and it shows signs of wear (scratches, shocks). The workshop can make them disappear with the wave of a magic wand (or almost!). Choose the refurbished option if you want your cuff to look brand new again. Allows 6 to 8 weeks delay (due to summer holidays).

Please note: archive items cannot be returned or exchanged.

#1 When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry, bright place and on a soft surface to protect it from oxidation, shocks and friction.

#2 Avoid contact with alcohol (hello hydroalcoholic gel). Jewelry is not afraid of fresh water, but I advise you to remove it as much as possible before washing your hands or going into the shower.

#3 Clean your jewelry from time to time: use either a slightly damp sponge and dry immediately with a clean cloth, or a cleaning cloth. You can also bring them to the studio for ultrasonic cleaning in all corners.

You have up to 14 days after receiving your jewelry box to request a free exchange or refund.

The jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition with all of its packaging to be eligible.

If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the return.
