Here is the position currently available:

 

Founder's Right-Hand Person — Content, Image & Influence

6-month Internship — ŌKAN Studio — Paris 3rd arrondissement (Marais) — starting as soon as possible

ŌKAN Studio is a Parisian jewelry brand designed as wearable sculptures: pieces that exude presence and confidence. Everything is manufactured in our responsible, RJC-certified workshop.

Worn by Laëtitia Casta, Lena Mahfouf, and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu in Emily in Paris, our creations are distributed through our online store and our Marais boutique, at 8 rue Charlot in Paris.

You will work very closely with the founder, on creation, communication & influence.

Missions:

  • Social media: monitoring and content creation (video editing, Reels), preparation & coordination of photoshoots
  • Ads: creation of different formats in collaboration with our digital agency
  • Influence & KOL: monitoring and tracking listings, coordination of press/stylist send-outs, campaign management, coordination with our PR agency in the US
  • Events & private appointments: preparation & coordination of influencer/press events

Desired profile:

  • Very comfortable with your phone: filming, editing, framing
  • Strong sensitivity for social networks and trends (TikTok, Instagram)
  • Experience in content creation = a plus (comfortable with Canva, Capcut, Edit, etc.)
  • An aesthetic eye and a luxury & jewelry sensibility
  • Curious, creative, autonomous, fast, organized
  • Swiss Army knife: equally comfortable with creative and operational tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent French & good level of English

In practice

  • 6-month internship agreement, 35 hours per week
  • Starting as soon as possible
  • Legal remuneration: €4.50 per hour
  • 50% of public transport costs covered
  • Position based in our offices, 8 rue Charlot, 75003 Paris
