    You have up to 14 days after receiving your jewelry box to request a free exchange or refund.

    The jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition with all of its packaging to be eligible.

    If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the return.

    The shop, located at 8 rue Charlot Paris 3e, is open from Wednesday to Sunday:

    • 11 AM to 7 PM on weekdays,
    • 12 PM to 7 PM on Saturday,

    COLLAB #1: ŌKAN STUDIO x KALON

    Whether through jewelry or a sports method, ŌKAN and KALON are obsessed with celebrating the power of women. On the occasion of the opening of the very first KALON studio, Margaux Gripon was invited by Sophie Dibdon (co-founder of KALON) to imagine a pair of earrings inspired by the grace of the brand's sports coaches, ex-dancers of the Lido, and which revisits the letter "K".

    "DANCING K"

    It only took a few strokes of the pencil for Margaux to draw the curves of this new wearable sculpture. In a few quick lines, she created a piece of jewelry designed like a dancer, toned and slender. The "Dancing K" earring was born.

    3 TIPS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

    #1 When you're not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry, well-lit place on a soft surface to protect it from oxidation, shocks, and friction.

    #2 Avoid all contact with alcohol (hello, hand sanitiser). Jewellery is not afraid of fresh water, but I recommend removing it as much as possible before washing your hands or taking a shower.

    #3 Clean your jewellery from time to time: use a slightly damp sponge and dry immediately with a clean cloth, or use a cleaning cloth. You can also bring them to the shop for an ultrasonic deep cleaning.

    WARRANTY

    Your jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year against any manufacturing defects that may occur. For all the details, I invite you to consult the FAQ or write to us in the chat. We will do our best to respond to your request.
