    You have up to 14 days after receiving your jewelry box to request a free exchange or refund.

    The jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition with all of its packaging to be eligible.

    If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the return.

    In-store pickup (Paris 3rd arrondissement)

    The shop, located at 8 rue Charlot Paris 3e, is open from Wednesday to Sunday:

    • 11 am to 7 pm on weekdays,
    • 12 pm - 7 pm on Saturdays,
    • 1 pm - 6 pm on Sundays

    When placing an online order, it is possible to request in-store pickup (within 24 hours - subject to opening hours).

    In a few words

    Create jewelry in your image by combining one, two, or three YŪGI ear cuffs. Mix gold, silver, and metallic black to gain presence and imagine a unique sculptural combination, whose code only you hold.

    Designed for unpierced ears, the YŪGI ear cuff adjusts easily, stays securely in place, and can be worn comfortably all day. Alone, it adds a graphic touch; multiplied, it gives a very assertive head posture.

    3 TIPS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY

    #1 When you're not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry, well-lit place on a soft surface to protect it from oxidation, shocks, and friction.

    #2 Avoid all contact with alcohol (hello, hand sanitizer). Jewelry is not afraid of fresh water, but I recommend removing it as much as possible before washing your hands or taking a shower.

    #3 Clean your jewelry occasionally: use a slightly damp sponge and dry immediately with a clean cloth, or use a cleaning cloth. You can also bring them to the store for ultrasonic cleaning of all crevices.
