    You have up to 14 days after receiving your jewelry box to request a free exchange or refund.

    The jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition with all of its packaging to be eligible.

    If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the return.

    In-store pickup (Paris 3rd arrondissement)

    The shop, located at 8 rue Charlot Paris 3e, is open from Wednesday to Sunday:

    • 11 am to 7 pm on weekdays,
    • 12 pm - 7 pm on Saturdays,
    • 1 pm - 6 pm on Sundays

    When placing an online order, it is possible to request in-store pickup (within 24 hours - subject to opening hours).

    In a few words

    Create a piece of jewelry that reflects your style by combining one, two, or three YŪGI ear cuffs. Mix gold, silver, and metallic black to enhance your presence and imagine a unique sculptural combination, whose code only you hold.

    Designed for unpierced ears, the YŪGI ear cuff easily adjusts, stays securely in place, and can be worn comfortably all day long. Worn alone, it adds a graphic touch; multiplied, it creates a very assertive head posture.

    3 TIPS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

    #1 When you're not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry, bright place on a soft surface to protect it from oxidation, shocks, and rubbing.

    #2 Avoid all contact with alcohol (hello, hand sanitizer). Jewellery is not afraid of fresh water, but I advise you to remove it as much as possible before washing your hands or taking a shower.

    #3 Clean your jewellery from time to time: use either a slightly damp sponge and dry immediately with a clean cloth, or a cleaning cloth. You can also bring them to the store for ultrasonic cleaning in all nooks and crannies.

    THE WARRANTY
