    You have up to 14 days after receiving your jewelry box to request a free exchange or refund.

    The jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition with all of its packaging to be eligible.

    If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the return.

    The shop, located at 8 rue Charlot Paris 3e, is open from Wednesday to Sunday:

    • 11 AM to 7 PM on weekdays,
    • 12 PM to 7 PM on Saturday,
    • 1 PM to 6 PM on Sunday

    When placing an online order, you can request in-store pickup (within 24 hours - subject to opening hours).

    3 TIPS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

    #1 When you're not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry, well-lit place on a soft surface to protect it from oxidation, shocks, and friction.

    #2 Avoid all contact with alcohol (hello, hand sanitiser). Jewellery is not afraid of fresh water, but I recommend removing it as much as possible before washing your hands or taking a shower.

    #3 Clean your jewellery from time to time: use a slightly damp sponge and dry immediately with a clean cloth, or use a cleaning cloth. You can also bring them to the shop for an ultrasonic deep cleaning.

    WARRANTY
