What are the delivery times ?

Before paying for your order, you will have the choice of delivery method:

  • Either a free collection directly from our Parisian studio (Paris 11th),
  • Either by secure Colissimo or Chronospost delivery to your home if you live in France or the European Union: free
  • Either by delivery by courier in Paris only: €10

If you order from mainland France:

  • Express home delivery (with tracking – with signature) with Chronopost (+/- 4 days): €10
  • Home delivery (with tracking and delivery against signature) with Colissimo (+/- 1 week): free from 200€ of purchases on the site.

If you order from a country in the European Union:

  • Standard home delivery (with tracking – with signature)
  • Delivery costs: free from 200€ of purchases on the site.
  • Delivery time (indicative): 3 to 7 working days from dispatch of the order.

If you are ordering from a North American country:

  • UPS delivery: €0
  • Delivery time (indicative): 7 days to 2 working weeks from dispatch of the order.
  • Customs fees are our responsibility.

If you order from a country outside the European Union:

  • Standard home delivery (with tracking – with signature)
  • Delivery costs: 20€
  • Delivery time (indicative): 7 days to 2 working weeks from dispatch of the order.
  • Customs fees to be paid upon receipt.
Is the delivery secure?

We do everything we can to offer you the best delivery conditions:

  • We choose to go with trusted carriers, La Poste, Chronopost, UPS, Stuart.
  • Your order will be delivered to your home personally, against signature.
  • Our delivery packaging is without distinctive branding and will not arouse envy.
  • We insure our shipments up to the value of the jewelry.
Is it possible to collect your jewel in person?

You can choose to collect your jewelry directly from the store at 8 rue Charlot, Paris 3rd. Following your order, you will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is ready for collection (during opening hours).

Are returns free?

EUROPEAN UNION

You have up to 30 days after receiving your jewelry box to request an exchange or refund free of charge.

The jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition with all of its packaging to be eligible.

If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the return.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION & NORTH AMERICA

Exchanges/returns are possible and are at your expense.

Are ŌKAN STUDIO parts guaranteed?

What does the warranty cover?

The ŌKAN warranty covers any defect linked to the manufacturing of the part.

However, it does not cover natural wear and tear, loss, theft or damage linked to an accident or poor protection of your sculpture to be worn.

If it is a purchase made on the e-shop, contact us at hello@okan-studio.com . To facilitate processing your request, send us a photo of your part.

What if my part is no longer under warranty?

We can of course take care of your jewelry! Just send us an email to hello@okan-studio.com with photos. We will send you a detailed estimate which will obviously be submitted for your approval before giving your room a makeover!

What is the after-sales service period?

After-sales service parts are sent to the workshop at the start of the month. Then allow 4 to 6 weeks for the beauty of your room, we will keep you informed upon receipt.

Our trusted workshop does everything to process your parts as quickly as possible. We monitor after-sales service very carefully and are very responsive when it comes to sending jewelry once repaired.

Where can I drop off my part for after-sales service?

After making contact by email, we will invite you to submit your piece directly to the studio if you are in Paris.

If you can't come to us and your jewelry is under warranty, we will send you a prepaid return slip to ship your jewelry as soon as possible.

If your jewelry is not under warranty, the price of beauty restoration includes shipping costs and therefore sending it to the studio. We will send you a prepaid return slip by email.

What should I do if I bought my ŌKAN part from a reseller?

As with a piece purchased on our site or at the studio, you can benefit from the guarantee - valid for one year from the date of purchase.
